Rents are due and payable on or before the first day of each month. Any payments received after the close of business at 5:00 p.m. will be considered received on the following business day. Any tenants submitting late rent payments received after the 5th of each month will be charged $15.00 per day for each day the payment is late. Payment of rent made after the 5th day of each month will not waive or prejudice the right of Management to evict a tenant for non-payment of rent when it is due. If the 5th falls on the weekend ALL rents are due on the Friday before the 5th by 5:00 PM.
