If you opt in to receive text communications through our website, online payment process, reservation process, application process, maintenance request process, showing request process, Tenant Web Access registration, or other service-related form, you are providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text communications from Old South Asset Management, INC.
3. Opt-Out
You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” to a message or reply “HELP” for more information.
After you send “STOP,” we will send an SMS message confirming that you have unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

See contract for full details. Promotions may not be available on transfers or additional lot spaces. Pricing is subject to change. Reservation may be required to guarantee pricing.
7. Payments, Reservations, and Refunds
If you choose to process an online payment, submit a reservation, or complete another transaction through our website or services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process your request.
The rental period starts on the day the lease is signed and continues up to the anniversary date of the following month. Rent will not be prorated for move-outs. In the event your account is overcharged due to an error, we will refund your account after being notified of the discrepancy.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
