Promotions and Offers

Subject to change. Promotions good for new customers only. Subject to specific lots and availability. Other restrictions, taxes, fees, and administrative fees, apply. See contract for full details. Not available on transfers or additional lot spaces. Pricing subject to change. Reservation required to guarantee price.

Refunds

The rental period starts on the day the lease is signed and continues up to the anniversary date of the following month. Rent will not be prorated for move-outs. In the event your account is overcharged due to an error, we will refund your account after being notified of the discrepancy.                  

Disclaimer

This site is provided by Old South Management on an “as is” basis. Old South Management makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. Old South Management disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Old South Management will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Old South Management does not sell information to unrelated third parties. Old South Management does send your contact and order information to the facility that you selected for the purpose of satisfying your payment or reservation.

Old South Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Online Privacy Policy at any time. Accordingly, Old South Management recommends that you revisit this Online Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that you are aware of the current privacy practices. U.S. Short Code Terms of Service

If you opt in to pay through our website (here within Old South Management), the following term of services will apply: you are providing your phone number and agreeing to text communications. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@oldsouthmgmt.com or the office number listed below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
